An award-winning Architectural and Interior Designer, with the endeavour of delivering inspiring projects on behalf of Clients and Partners, Shin Tseng has a proven track record of undertaking commercial, residential, hospitality, retail and refurbishment projects emphasised through thought-leadership and implementation in its interdisciplinary mode of driving projects by design. Shin Tseng graduated with a distinction in Master of Architecture from The Bartlett School of Architecture (UCL) London, with hands-on international project experience in master planning, hospitality, workspace, housing development and luxury residential design. He is also the co-founder of REXKL, an adaptive-reuse of an old cinema into a cultural and creative hub aimed to be a catalyst to rejuvenate Downtown Kuala Lumpur.
